Lorenza Cracco is founder and ownersince 1982, by Studio Cracco Rossi Chauvenet, now CRCLEX.
Lawyer Cassazionista, expert in family law, juvenile law, personal law and canon law.
He has been dealing for more than twenty years with issues relating to civil law, debt collection, corporate law, professional liability, banking law, with the handling of cases before ordinary courts at all levels of justice. She has received training in Collaborative Practice as well as being a qualified Family Mediator.
It is authorized to sponsor before the Regional Ecclesiastical Courts in proceedings for the declaration of nullity of religious marriages.
He is responsible for the law section of the High School of Family Law, as well as teacher and member of the scientific committee of that school.
In 2011 and 2012 she was a lecturer in the Master's Degree Course in Family Law at the AIAF.

Carlo Rossi Chauvenet
Carlo Rossi Chauvenet is Managing Partner of CRCLEX.
Data Protection Officer (DPO) and expert in legal issues related to business models with a strong technological content and document automation, he is also coordinator of the Legal Clinic of the startup accelerator "Bocconi4Innovation", co-founder of "Sweet Legal Tech", a consulting firm in the field of digital law and of "Iubenda", the first legal tech startup in Italy.
Carlo teaches "Privacy Law and Data Strategy" at several Italian universities including the Master in Law of Internet Technology (LLm) at Bocconi University, the Master in Business Law and the Master in Open Innovation Management at the University of Padua.
Author of several articles and publications, he has been participating for years as a speaker at meetings and conferences in Italy and abroad, also as president of the "National IOT and Privacy Centre" and head of the "Data Valley" project, dedicated to the development of partnerships between Italian SMEs and multinationals in the digital world.
Graduated with honors in Law from Bocconi University, he holds a PHD in Civil Law from the University of Padua, an LLm in International Corporate Law from New York University and an LLm in International Trade Law from the National University of Singapore.

A qualified lawyer, he has professional experience in civil law and in particular in family law, juvenile law and succession law. He also has specific expertise in immigration law, contracts and enforcement.
Specialized in assisted negotiation techniques, acquired during the three years of training in family mediation and in the I and II level qualification courses in collaborative practicesThe company has a collaborative approach to family disputes, as well as civil mediation, techniques perfected over the years with the participation in numerous courses and conferences in a constant professional updating, and offers a strong support in the search for out-of-court solutions, also by offering a team work carried out together with trusted colleagues of other professionals involved in family matters.
For the three-year period 2016 - 2018 he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Italian Association of Collaborative Professionals (AIADC), an association that aims to promote and spread the culture of Collaborative Practice as a non-contentious method of resolving disputes in every field of law, with particular regard to family disputes, in relation to which he started his activity.

A legal aid attorney since 2004, before joining the Digital team he worked with the antitrust departments of several law firms in Rome, Brussels and Milan. Since 2012 he is also a consultant for one of the largest media companies operating in Italy.
Alfredo De Felice
Alfredo is Lawyer and Data Protection Officer as well as coordinator of the Digital Team in the Padua office.
He holds the position of Data Protection Officer for several companies and acts as a tutor for a school of preparation for the forensic exam.
Graduated in Law, he is a member of the Bar Association of Padua.
He attended the course "Master of Personal Data Protection and Data Protection Designer" organized by the Italian Privacy Institute under the patronage of the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
He obtained the certification as Data Protection Manager according to the UNI 11697: 2017 scheme after having successfully attended the high specialization course accredited by Bureau Veritas.
He regularly participates as a lecturer and speaker in university courses and conferences in the field of technology law, with a specific focus on data protection. He is author of scientific articles on GDPR, artificial intelligence and automated decision-making processes.
He is a Fellow of the European Law Institute and Member of AssoDPO.
Beatrice Pillan is Associate of Team Family.
He holds a Master's Degree in European and Transnational Law. cum laude at the University of Trento discussing a thesis in Criminal Law.
A lawyer since 2013, he has been dealing with the practice of family and juvenile law, as well as criminal law, with specific attention to crimes typical of the family sphere. He has gained experience in international family law cases and holds positions as guardian of minors and support administrator.

Giulio Messori is Innovation Officer in CRCLEX.
Among the first to hold this position in the Italian legal sector (second Digital Agenda, LegalCommunity e Sole24Ore), is also Program Manager of Sweet Legal TechA legal tech startup aimed at providing lawyers - both in-house and in private practice - the opportunity to learn, test and integrate the most advanced technologies that shape the evolution of the legal profession through specific training workshops.
In addition to his focus on legal tech, Giulio has been involved in personal data protection working as legal counsel at an Italian SME specializing in cloud solutions for the e-Health sector. Today he follows, specifically, consulting projects for the Data Compliance of IoT products.
Graduated in Law with honors and with a related thesis in Legal Informatics and Commercial Law from the University of Bologna, Giulio also holds a LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Law of Internet TechnologyHe graduated with honors from Bocconi University in Milan; he also studied business & technology at the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.
He has been a speaker at conferences on legal tech, legal design and personal data protection at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, UniversitĂ Statale, UniversitĂ Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and UniversitĂ Bocconi in Milan. He speaks fluent English.

After graduating from the classical high school, he obtained a Master's degree in Law with full marks at the University of Padua with a thesis in Constitutional Law entitled "The interpretative rulings of the Constitutional Court and relations with the Supreme Court".
He has practiced law in various law firms in Vicenza and Padua, refining his skills in the field of civil law.
After obtaining the forensic qualification, since 2012, he decided to devote himself to the exercise of his profession in the field of family law.

Graduated from the LUMSA University of Rome with a thesis in European Union law on Online Dispute Resolution, Vanessa also holds an LL.M. in Law of Internet Technology, obtained with full marks at the Bocconi University of Milan. As part of the Erasmus project, Vanessa spent an entire academic year in France at theUniversitĂ© Paris Nanterre. In 2016 he also achieved a University diplomas at UniversitĂ© Paris 2 PanthĂ©on-Assas. Before joining the Digital team, Vanessa had work experience in international contexts in Brussels and Copenhagen.

A qualified lawyer, he obtained a Master's Degree in Law with honors from the University of Padua discussing a thesis in Comparative Criminal Law on online child pornography. He also studied in Ireland at the UCD School of Law in Dublin.
Before joining the Family Team in 2019, he worked in one of the main Italian software houses. Since the days of forensic practice, he has studied and deepened his knowledge of family law and new technologies. She pays attention to the protection of the person, also as Support Administrator.
Convinced that innovation in social and SME innovation cannot ignore the European factor, in 2020 she attended the Master in Europrojecting and the European Project Management Course at Venice International University.

He has gained professional experience in the field of debt collection, with specific expertise in banking law, insolvency and enforcement proceedings.
He is very active in the social field and over time has consolidated his skills in immigration law and projects aimed at the integration of foreigners in Italy.

Born and raised in Chioggia, he graduated with honors in Law from the University of Padua, discussing a thesis in Legal Informatics on Blockchain and Smart Contract. He spent an Erasmus semester in Germany at Julius-Maximilians-UniversitĂ¤t WĂĽrzburg. She is currently LL.M. candidate in "Law of Internet Technology" at the UniversitĂ Commerciale Luigi Bocconi. He is passionate about technology, knows the basics of programming in Python and GNU/Linux operating systems.
